of the Historical Center of Penedo, State of Alagoas, Brazil, under the Strategic
Program PPA 2000-2003, sponsored by Monumenta/Inter-American Development Bank (IDB)
and the Brazilian Ministry of Culture [2002].
Developing a mathematical and financial model for Sotave Amazônia Química e Mineral
to determine the indemnification amount owed by the Federal Government of Brazil
for the expropriation of the company’s port in Belém, State of Pará, on February
12, 1988, as per Decree No. 95.728 of the Presidency of the Republic [2001].
Providing legal and financial advice to the Transcon/Amurada Consortium in the securitization
process of judicial credit owed by the Brazilian Federal Government for unpaid services
rendered in the construction of the Ponta Grossa/Apucarana Railroad. TRANSTRADE represented
the Consortium as a member of the Working Group formed by the Ministry of Finance
to determine the amount due to the Consortium [1995].

in the securitization process of judicial credit owed by the Brazilian Federal Government
for land expropriation by the São Paulo - Rio Grande Railway. This was the first
swap of judicial credit owed by the Federal Government in exchange for Treasury Bonds
